The Bincho Grill

Extremely pleased with this purchase. I had been waiting for this to come back in stock, and it has exceeded expectations. This sealed bucket quickly cools down any hot binchotan charcoal, preventing unnecessary burn-off and allowing me to preserve it for the next grilling session.

This little stove is perfect for lighting my binchotan. It has a strong flame and keeps the fuel bottle far enough away to ensure the bottle doesn't heat up too much.

Had this filled up to the top, & it performed flawlessly. A winner!

These heat-resistant gloves are fantastic! Thick, durable, and they do a great job keeping the heat out while my husband smokes meat. Definitely worth it for anyone who grills or smokes frequently.

I’ve been using these heat resistant gloves for grilling and they’re solid. The leather feels thick and protective. I can handle hot grill grates without worry. They’re long enough to cover my arms too, which helps a lot. Comfortable to wear and tough. definitely worth it for BBQ or any high-heat work.

Living full-time in an RV means fire pits are practically a daily ritual, and I used to dread rearranging logs mid-burn. It usually meant hunting down the perfect stick, awkwardly poking and twisting logs in all the wrong directions, and sometimes coming a little too close to roasting my knuckles. These gloves changed the game. Now I just reach in and grab burning logs like I’ve got fire immunity. Total control, no hesitation, and most importantly - no burns.But it doesn’t stop there. After grilling on the flat top, I like to flip it over to keep moisture and bugs off the cooking surface. Before, I’d have to wait for it to cool - which meant I’d usually forget and come back to a crusty mess. Now, I throw on these gloves while it’s still sizzling hot, flip it over with confidence, and save myself cleanup grief later. That alone makes these gloves a must-have for my setup.As for build quality, they’re top-notch. The cowhide leather feels thick and durable, yet flexible enough that you don’t feel like you’re wearing medieval armor. They reach up past the wrist for extra protection, and I haven’t had any issues with heat seeping through. Whether it’s rearranging a roaring fire, flipping hot gear, or grabbing a searing cast iron pan, these gloves just work - and they’ve officially earned their place in my “never leave the RV without them” list.

I got these to use around the fire pit and they work extremely well. The gloves are denim lined around the cuffs and cotton further up so that they are comfortable to just wear. I found the fit and quality to be perfect (I normally wear L or XL gloves). Without these gloves, it is painful to poke into the fire pit when it is roaring. These gloves are marvelous at heat resistance and I can work with the fire as needed without the slightest care. They are not too thick that they are hard to use, but they provide great insulation for the hand and wrist. I'm extremely happy with these for messing with the fire pit or grill. They work great at a reasonable price.

I got these as I have been doing some pottery firing. Sometimes you need to be able to pull things out when they are still fairly hot, move bricks or pieces of wood around, etc.My previous pair of welding gloves were from a well known discount tool and hardware chain. I will say right off the bat that these are better quality. They seem to have more insulating material inside, and despite being made of cowhide they bend a flex a bit easier too.I've used these for a couple of weekends now, and I am very happy with them. I think they're a solid value for non-professionals. Maybe professionals too, but I am not one so I can't speak to that.

The 5" Keep Warm grate is nice benefit to have while grilling. It provides a place where you can keep cooked items while keeping them warm

I already have a couple lodge brand gloves for my cast iron in the kitchen and for camping, I already wore through my main pair, so when I saw these ones I figured I should replace my old ones with it. These are definitely good quality gloves. The liner is similar to the lodge, but the extra patch of leather in the thumb area is where the difference is and the extra protection is necessary. I knew I was going to keep these as my house ones when I grabbed a large 500+ degree cast iron pan from my outdoor burner and walked all the way to the kitchen without it heating up much or even enough to get uncomfortable. They fit my larger hands comfortably, they're flexible, they're soft, they offer good protection, they do their job, they're cheaper than lodge brand gloves, they come with hanging loops and they smell like fresh leather as well, which is my own personal necessity.

I’m not new to live fire cooking but I’m pretty new to Yakitori. This grill is built to last and it’s thoughtful design will provide years of use.

We have gone though a couple pair of similar leather gloves over the years. We use them for handling the wood that goes into our fire burning stove in the house. These black gloves are very nice. Thick, lined, heat resistant, and comfortable. At $18.95, they are a great value for the money for real leather! Great gloves. I don't use it for bincho but for handling metal trays coming out of a hot oven. Makes it very easy to hold the metal trays, especially with the gloves giving individual fingers for a better grip. The gloves have a bit of a smell but you can air it out. Gloves are quite long so even if you stick your hands in the oven you don't feel too much of the heat. Don't feel the heat as much from the metal trays cooked in the oven as my old gloves which is great.
