Shipping policy

 

Packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Packages that are left unattended outside on front porch, next to door or side of house etc. by the driver are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to make arrangements with your delivery driver as to your preference for receiving packages should you not be available. The Bincho Grill will not be responsible for any packages that are left unattended. Any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer must inspect packaging and items before signing for delivery.
